Because it's same size of Life ads and "For victory"
and there are various soldiers and parachutes.
"Now more than ever a helping hand for uncle sam!"
The ads say "Reliance Mfg made various clothing for war,
Field Jackets, Rain Suits, Shirts, Trousers, and son on."
And also there are some factories.
